About the Role :

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center associates. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that performance metrics are met through effective coaching, motivation, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and evaluate a sample of inbound and outbound calls, as well as other contact methods such as chat and email.
• Ensure departmental productivity requirements are met and report results to relevant business stakeholders.
• Participate in calibration and quality auditing sessions to maintain scoring consistency and best practices.
• Contribute to maintaining documentation and support management in reviewing metrics and operational processes.
