Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sous Chef at Marquis Beach Resort, located in Jaipur. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, assisting the Head Chef, and ensuring the quality of meals served. Duties include menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards. Some work-from-home tasks related to administrative duties and planning are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Extensive culinary knowledge and experience in food preparation and presentation
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee kitchen staff and assist the Head Chef
• Ability to plan menus and manage inventory effectively
• Adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid role, with some work-from-home responsibilities
• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury resort or fine dining establishment
