Job descriptionExperience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend software development. Core Language : Strong command of Python. Architecture : Contribute to architectural decisions for system scalability and performance. Web Frameworks : Practical experience with at least one major Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Databases : Solid foundation in SQL and experience with relational databases. API Development : Proven ability to build and document APIs. Tech Exploration : Dedicated opportunity to research and implement new backend technologies (e.G., Go, Rust, alternative message brokers) based on project needs. Tooling : Proficiency with Git for version control. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker). Experience with message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous tasks. Familiarity with CI / CD deployment pipelines. Any knowledge of TypeScript / Next.Js for front-end understanding is a plus. Tech Agility : Proven track record of successfully learning and applying a new programming language or framework quickly.
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Backend Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. This role is essential for powering our platform's core logic and APIs, heavily relying on Python!

Key Responsibilities
- Python Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and business logic primarily in Python
- API Design : Build robust and efficient RESTful / GraphQL APIs using a modern Python framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Database Expertise : Manage data models, write optimized SQL queries, and work with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Integration : Connect and integrate various internal and third-party systems.
- Quality : Commit to clean code principles, extensive testing, and active participation in code reviews.
