Job description8–10 years of overall development experience, with at least 4+ years in React Native. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern React patterns. Deep understanding of React Native internals, bridging, and native modules. Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. Strong grasp of state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil). Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode, and app store deployment. Experience in CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git). Experience in leading mobile teams and Agile environments. Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin / Java) and iOS (Swift / Objective-C). Exposure to performance profiling, OTA updates (CodePush), and analytics tools. Understanding of scalable app architecture and modular design. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers.
- Design scalable and maintainable app architecture.
- Oversee end-to-end development and deployment for Android & iOS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for smooth delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
- Manage performance, debugging, and optimization across devices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
