🔶 About the Role

Chandigarh University is looking for dynamic, motivated, and student-focused Tele Counselors / Admission Counselors to join our growing Admissions Department.

If you have prior experience in EdTech, student counseling, or university admissions , and enjoy meaningful conversations that help students shape their future, this role is for you!

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Make cold, inbound, and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Provide detailed counseling on courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admissions and sales targets.
• Manage and convert leads effectively with consistent follow-ups.
• Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system .
• Address and resolve student / parent queries professionally.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and university events.
