About the role…

Based from St Albans, this wonderful opportunity is for people who are passionate about community support, who enjoy guiding and developing others, and who have a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.

It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the areas of Support Coordination (Level 2 and 3) and Individualised Support (predominantly capacity-building).

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your day-to-day role will include : - ensuring the effective delivery of quality services; development of your team providing mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers; and support the strategic development of your portfolio through strong customer service and some business development.

About you

This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have had leadership experience in an NDIS program (Eg Support Coordination or Individualised Support) at a minimum, and looking to expand their knowledge and expertise across multiple programs.   Your leadership foundations are solid in the areas of staff development and customer service, and you are a knowledgeable go-to person in the NDIS space.

The salary package on offer for the position ranges from $73-$77.5K + 11.5% Super + up to $18,550 Salary Packaging Benefits + Royal Rewards. Any certificates or qualifications relevant to this sector or equivalent experience, will attract a base salary towards the higher end.
