• To actively monitor the efficient coordination of trampoline areas, parties, group bookings, reception, and tuckshop.
• To actively monitor injury prevention, safety management, and ensure adequate responses to incidents on the floor to ensure safety standards are met.
• To lead and engage hosts to ensure the customer experience is in accordance with our brand values.
• To ensure an exceptional customer experience every time.
