Total Experience Range : 5- 12 years

Job Description :

• Expertise in ITSM modules, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes, and UI Builder.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, client-side & server-side, Glide API).
• Experience in Service Portal development and customizations.
• Good knowledge of CMDB data handling, bulk data imports, and transform maps.
• Ability to work with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience in integrations with external systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• ServiceNow certification CSA is mandatory.
• ServiceNow certifications CAD / CIS-ITSM are a plus.
