Job descriptiones.Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutio ns.Perform data validation, data audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consisten cy.Manage data uploads, mass changes, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) as requir ed.Support Workday data integrations with other enterprise systems by analyzing requirements and monitoring data flo ws.Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security polici es.Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to leadership teams to support workforce planning, financial forecasting, and other business initiativ es.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation within Workd ay.Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, providing timely resolutio ons-Must-Have : bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fi eld.2–5 years of experience working with Workday Finance or other modules (reporting, analytics, or data manageme ills-Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Prism Analyt ics).Hands-on experience with EIBs, calculated fields, and business process configura tion.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insi ghts.Excellent communication and stakeholder management sk ills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environ ment.Data analysis, Data preparation and formatting, Data load execution (EIB / iLoad), Data migration, end to end data conversion, reporting and metrics valida kills-Good-to-Have : Workday Prism Analytics exper ience.Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Powe r BI).Familiarity with HR, Finance, or Payroll proc esses.Experience in Workday implementations or upg
