Job description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our client's team through Acme Services . This pivotal role is responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, adhering to provided product scripts, and consistently meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be adept at capturing customer details, generating references, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to contribute to overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Script Adherence & Product Knowledge : Adhere to the product script provided by the Company , ensuring consistent and accurate information delivery to customers.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently meet the monthly productivity targets set by the company, contributing directly to sales goals.
  • Performance Benchmarks : Meet required benchmarks for login hours, call handling time , and quality scorings as per company requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and high service standards.
  • Customer Data Capture : Accurately capture additional customer details , enriching the customer database for future engagements.
  • Sales Growth : Actively generate References from satisfied customers and identify opportunities for Cross-sell , maximizing revenue per customer.

  • Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
