Job descriptionDesign and run structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more. Analyze performance data to quickly double down on wins and cut losses. Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based fitness / health SMBs. Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing → pipeline → revenue alignment. Build the early playbooks for a repeatable demand generation engine. Advise on when to transition experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires. 5+ years of growth / demand gen experience in B2B SaaS (bonus if SMB-focused). Hands-on with tools like CRM, Meta / Google Ads, Ads, and analytics platforms. A generalist mindset : comfortable running experiments across multiple channels. Proven record of taking a company from “experiments” to “repeatable channel.” Data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves. Well-versed with SEO strategies and AI SEO Direct access to the founder & leadership team - your work has high impact and visibility. Flexibility : remote-first. Role Overview
- We’re looking for a full time Growth Marketer who can help us identify, validate, and scale the marketing channels that will drive consistent pipeline. This is not just a campaign management role you’ll work directly with the founder to shape strategy, test new ideas, and figure out what works.
