Summary of Role
As the Tech-Ops Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, as well as coordinating work with various customer stakeholders (both Business and IT stakeholders). This is a very customer focused, hands-on role where the Tech-Ops Lead will be expected to work on customer issues and developments, as well as collaborate with other functional and technical consultants
The ideal candidate will have a background in providing support for SAP Logistics, as well as demonstrable skills in managing multiple stakeholders through a mix of communication methods.
As Team Lead, you will be able to encourage effective team working by seeking input from team members, and you will provide oversight and support (both technically and operationally) in order to promote continuous improvement through encouraging ideas and seeking recommendations for procedural, operational and system improvements.
You will act as an ambassador for the NDBS Tech Ops team, providing the customer team will a central point of contact for operational issues and support.
