Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BDM IT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will engage in defining and analyzing business requirements, creating solutions to enhance business processes, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Key tasks include gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs, preparing detailed reports, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Deep understanding of Business Analysis and formulating strategic solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to interact and collaborate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Business Processes and proficiency in identifying areas for improvement
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document Business Requirements effectively
• Problem-solving mindset combined with decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in IT or software development is a plus
