Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, leading sales presentations, and coordinating with the marketing and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of IT & Digital Marketing services such as web / app development, SEO, and Google Ads
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in AI-powered solutions and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Analytics
