Role Description

This is a full-time on-site operational management role for a Cloud Kitchen Manager at Masala Synergy , based in DLF Phase 1, Gurugram.

The Cloud Kitchen Manager will oversee day-to-day cloud kitchen operations with a focus on :

• Operational workflow management
• Quality control & consistency
• Customer satisfaction and timely order dispatch
• Inventory & stock management
• Food cost monitoring and wastage control
• Raw material procurement & vendor coordination
• Staff coordination, training, and discipline
• Hygiene, safety, and compliance monitoring
• Communication with senior management, reporting, and issue resolution
