Job description

We are looking Senior Sales and Business Development professional at the position of GM Sales – Real Estate who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. Will be in charge of managing organizational sales targets by developing sales plans and meeting planned targets. Will be responsible for the activities and performance of your sales team (as & when hired further down), by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and monitoring quality of transactions (customers).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies tailored to both residential and commercial markets in Jaipur and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and explore new market segments and high-value opportunities to bolster revenue streams.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, nurturing capabilities and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Set clear sales targets and monitor performance through regular evaluations and metric-driven feedback.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and corporate buyers.
  • Drive successful deal closures through negotiation, understanding client requirements, and ensuring superior post-sales service.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Refinement

  • Stay attuned to Jaipur’s real estate trends, pricing shifts, and competitor positioning.
  • Leverage insights to adapt sales tactics, pricing, and marketing outreach effectively.
  • Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Oversee pipeline forecasting, MIS reporting, and process optimization to reduce sales cycles and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools and accurate documentation from lead to closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and operations to streamline launch, documentation, and promotional efforts.
  • Align with global or regional brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales. Prior leadership / GM-level experience is essential.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset—proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics, and MIS reporting tools.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory aspects such as RERA is a distinct advantage.
