Experiential Events Coordinator

Role Overview : We are seeking a passionate, grounded, and exceptionally organized individual to support the design and delivery of immersive experiences—from intimate walks to large-scale public events. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends programming, partnerships, logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identifying and onboarding a diverse range of collaborators—event partners and agencies, artists, educators and community leaders—to help bring each experience to life.
• Overall event planning and execution from securing permissions to overseeing production setup to on day event execution
• Managing detailed run-of-show documents and building robust contingency plans
• Supporting seamless on-ground execution across every phase of the event
• Maintaining expense reports and vendor documentation
• Creating and tracking event budgets
• Supporting in post-event documentation, impact reports, and content handover

Experience & Skills :

working knowledge of Marathi or Hindi preferred
