Job descriptionPerform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance Design and implement database structures based on project requirements. Proactively address potential issues and implement solutions for them. Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies. Stay up to date with database technologies and trends to upskill oneself : Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with specific experience in Microsoft SQL Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, optimization techniques, database backup, recovery, and security protocols. Competency in implementing Functions, Stored Procedures, Concurrency, T-SQL queries, Familiarity with .NET platforms or similar CRM / ERP systems is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Database Administrator Associate) are Additional experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and RESTful APIs is a plus. Capable of working independently and in teams on various projects. Experience with data manipulation using Python and libraries like Pandas is a plus. Experience in Saas like Snowflake is a plus.
