Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
Partner with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.
Assess candidates’ skills, domain knowledge, and fit.
Manage pipelines, reports, and offer negotiations.
Required Skills & Experience :
2+ years of recruitment experience (Automotive preferred).
Knowledge of Automotive tech, Embedded, CAD / CAE, and engineering roles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS tools and both volume & niche hiring.
