Experience : 3–5 Years | Fleet / Transport / Logistics
Join Everest Fleet , India’s largest fleet partner for Uber with 20,000+ cars across major cities. We’re hiring a dynamic Operations Manager to lead driver operations, improve performance, and drive daily efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage driver allocation, shift planning & fleet productivity.
- Lead driver onboarding, training, engagement & retention.
- Handle escalations (SPOC for Uber) and resolve grievances.
- Oversee incentives, payouts & monthly operational targets.
- Lead a team and generate MIS / performance reports.
