🔎 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program / Transition Manager to lead large-scale transformation, transition, and solution delivery initiatives across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of process transitions and change management.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

📌Project & Program Management

• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget .
• Partner with the Head of Transition to lead complex Transition & Transformation programs across client organizations.
• Conduct detailed process due diligence to define scope for transitions across Finance, HR, IT, Operations , and other functions.
• Define and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for various business units.
• Lead and apply toll gate–based transition methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive Change Management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues .
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and advancements relevant to solution delivery.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to ensure successful implementation and execution .
• Establish and promote best practices, standards, and methodologies for transition and solution development.
