Job Description :
The Implementation Consultant I implements MSP and RPO operational services with a supporting SaaS vendor system. The Implementation Consultant II leads requirements gathering, gap analysis, future-state process design, and system configuration testing. IC I may do hands-on configuration and is the Change Management Expert—developing change strategy, drafting materials, and leading adoption. The role liaises with all project teams to ensure a holistic MSP solution. IC II requires 1–3 years of consulting and / or process efficiency experience.
Responsibilities :
- Leads enterprise analysis sessions to gather requirements and design future-state processes
- Identifies business process efficiencies using technology and best practices
- Partners with SMEs to develop solutions; advises on risks, options, costs vs. benefits
- Ensures accurate configuration; completes end-to-end testing, leads User Testing, documents results
- Leads all change management strategy, planning, communication, and deployment
- Drafts and owns process documentation, manuals, communications, and training materials
- Trains and mentors junior team members
- Enhances implementation methodology through process improvement
- Documents and shares best practices across AGS
- Mentors new Implementation Team members
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management and implementation strategyExperience in process improvement, re-engineering, process mapping and modellingAbility to solve technical / business problems and present conceptual info to all levelsStrong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change adoption skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsAdvanced skills in client discussions and driving decision consensusStrong self-discipline and ability to independently deliverExcellent verbal / written communicationAdvanced documentation skills (process maps, manuals, training)Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partners; advanced in at least oneExpert MS Office, specifically VisioBasic knowledge of MS Project and PM toolsAbility to travel up to 25%Experience & Education :
1–3 years MSP or RPO experience1–3 years VMS or ATS experience2+ years implementation or project experience preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalentBusiness Process Modelling or PM certification preferred
