Role Purpose

The Snr Manager for Delivery Tech will drive the successful delivery of digital solutions across the Sustainability, Procurement and Traceability Centre of Excellence. This role combines technical leadership, DevOps expertise, and agile delivery management to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes aligned with ofi's sustainability, procurement and traceability goals. The role will support the rollout of current internal first-mile platforms and other external strategic platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end tech delivery of Sustainability, Procurement and Traceability digital products and platforms.
• Act as the primary interface between ofi stakeholders and Mindsprint development teams for in-flight projects and continuous improvement streams.
• Embed in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) to ensure transparency, accountability and good technical decision making.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications for in-flight projects.
