Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Operations Assistant. The responsibilities include stock control, assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales processes, and participating in employee training sessions. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Experience :  0-2 years experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

Reports To :  Operations Manager / Team Lead

Job Summary

The Operations Assistant supports daily business operations, working with teams to improve efficiency and provide support to internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing documentation.
• Handle communication and draft reports.
• Coordinate with various teams and consultants.
• Manage data entry, updates, and maintenance of documents.
• Assist in analyzing operations and suggesting improvements.
• Offer customer service to stakeholders and maintain vendor relationships.
• Help with tasks such as inventory, recruitment support, and other duties.
