📜 Certifications : CEH / CCNA / CCNP Security + F5 OEM Certifications (F5-CA / F5-CTS – any 2)

💼 Experience : 2–6 years (Relevant)

🔧 Technology : F5 BIG-IP WAF / ASM, F5 BIG-IP SSL Orchestrator (SSLO)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for F5 BIG-IP WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator (SSLO).
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security alerts; respond to incidents within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot web application security incidents and SSL / TLS traffic issues.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 teams or F5 TAC when required.
• Manage and deploy WAF policies, perform tuning, and handle policy exceptions.
• Execute configuration updates on F5 SSLO for SSL / TLS decryption, inspection, and re-encryption.
• Implement standard configurations for new applications as per design and security guidelines.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-base documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support incident containment and remediation.
• Ensure configurations meet internal security standards and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills
