MEP Project Manager - Planning & Execution

Position Summary

The Operations Manager (MEP Projects) will oversee end-to-end planning,

coordination, execution, and billing closure across multiple ongoing sites.

The role demands proactive interface with clients, architects, consultants, and

vendors, ensuring that design intent, execution quality, and financial milestones

are seamlessly achieved.

A strong command of modern project-tracking and productivity tools is essential

for hybrid monitoring of site performance, resources, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering (Master’s

preferred).

10 + years’ experience in MEP project execution, with 5 + years in a multi-site

lead role.

Familiarity with CPWD, NBCC, MES, or institutional projects required.

Known to MS Project, Primavera, and collaboration tools (Teams, Asana, or

Zoho Projects).

Strong understanding of contracts, variation claims, and project billing

mechanisms.

PMP / Equivalent Project Management Certification desirable.
