The Opportunity :

We are seeking a strategic leader to position AAF among India's top three social impact foundations. The role involves shaping long-term vision, ensuring governance excellence, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing AAF's influence through partnerships, data-led impact, and high-level stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive AAF's strategic agenda to achieve national recognition and measurable outcomes
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with Vedanta's CSR priorities
• Build organizational capability and high-performing teams for effective program delivery
• Cultivate partnerships across government, private sector, and civil society to scale impact
• Represent AAF's mission and outcomes through executive communication and advocacy
