• Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill) : Strong ability to influence, align, and facilitate effective communication with senior executives, departmental heads, and external partners.
• Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill) : Proven track record of developing, assessing, and implementing organizational roadmaps and business strategies aligned to company goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Excellent at working across various teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental communications to achieve business objectives.
• Data Analysis : Advanced in gathering, interpreting, and utilizing data for informed decision-making, reporting, and process improvements relevant to business operations.
• Business Operations : Hands-on experience in managing core business processes to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and operational efficiency throughout the company.
