Job Responsibility -
Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Use hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to search and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews, evaluate candidates, and share shortlisted profiles with the technical team.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and final selection communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and ensure timely hiring for open positions.
Support employer branding initiatives by posting job openings on social media and job portals.
Manage onboarding processes including documentation, joining formalities, and induction planning.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and basic HR documentation processes.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a positive attitude, be proactive, and uphold professionalism in all HR interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications : -
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
1–2 years of HR experience (IT company experience preferred).
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR basics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with HRMS, MS Office, and hiring platforms.
