Guidewire Billing Center

Role & responsibilities :

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Billing Center, and Integration solutions.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

3. Architect and implement Guidewire configurations, customizations, and integrations, utilizing Guidewire best practices and methodologies.

4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and project timelines.

5. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

6. Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities, ensuring the successful delivery of Guidewire solutions.

7. Serve as a subject matter expert on Guidewire products, staying abreast of industry trends, updates, and best practices.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and automation within the Guidewire ecosystem.

9. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project status, risks, and dependencies.

10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 - 8 years of relevant experience working with Guidewire Billing Center, and Integration (Associate or ACE certified).
• Strong proficiency in Guidewire configuration, customization, and integration development.
• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire architecture, data model, and underlying technologies (Gosu, Java, Web Services, XML).
• Experience leading Guidewire implementation projects from inception to completion, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire ACE (Application & Data Integration) framework is highly desired.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• Guidewire certifications are must.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferred.
