Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute finance strategy, long-term financial models, and company-wide budgets and forecasts.
• Accounting & Reporting : Oversee monthly / quarterly / annual close, statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, and investor reporting.
• Treasury & Cash Management : Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, fund utilization, and treasury operations.
• Compliance & Controls : Ensure full compliance with RBI, NBFC, and other regulatory frameworks; implement strong internal control systems.
• Risk & Governance : Build and maintain a proactive risk management framework; support Board-level governance and risk committees.
• Team Leadership : Lead and develop the finance, accounts, HR, and compliance teams; mentor future leaders and drive functional excellence.
• Technology & Process Optimization : Drive ERP implementations, process automation, and digital financial infrastructure to enhance scale and efficiency
