Role Overview

MIT-WPU is seeking a dynamic and visionary Program Director to lead the Department of Semiconductor Engineering. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished academician with strong expertise in semiconductor technologies, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to build a research-driven, industry-integrated academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Program Leadership

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of UG and PG programs in Semiconductor Engineering.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with industry trends such as VLSI, Chip Design, Semiconductor Fabrication, Microelectronics, and Packaging Technologies.
• Drive outcomes-based education (OBE), academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes (NBA / NAAC).
• Implement MIT-WPU’s unique WPU Method and experiential learning framework.
