Candidates from Consulting Industry preferred

Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Industry Preference : Consulting | Experience : 6–10 years

We’re looking for a strong TA professional to drive mid-level and niche hiring across functions.

Key Skills :

Full-cycle hiring (Tech & Non-Tech)

Recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, O2J)

Stakeholder & candidate management

Market intelligence & talent pipelining

Structured interviewing

ATS proficiency

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end hiring and sourcing strategies

Partner with hiring managers to close roles efficiently

Track KPIs and share data-driven insights

Support employer branding and diversity initiatives

Education : MBA – HR

Manager – Talent Acquisition

Industry Preference : Consulting | Experience : 10–15 years

We’re hiring an experienced TA leader to manage complex and cross-functional hiring mandates.

Key Skills :

Team leadership

Strategic hiring (senior, niche, volume)

Recruitment analytics & dashboards

Senior stakeholder partnering

Employer branding & talent pipelining

Diversity & structured interviewing

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the TA team

Build and execute hiring strategies across levels

Advise leadership on market trends & talent insights

Review recruitment data and drive continuous improvement

Lead branding, networking & long-term pipelining initiatives

Education : MBA – HR
