Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at IITM, located in New Delhi. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, developing course curricula, mentoring students, and conducting research in relevant areas. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues for academic planning, staying updated with industry advancements, and participating in institutional activities to enhance the academic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core areas of Computer Science, including but not limited to Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Programming
• Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design and implement effective teaching modules
• Research aptitude, with interest or experience in contributing to scholarly publications
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
• A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline is highly preferred; candidates with a Master's degree and exceptional expertise may also apply
• Experience in teaching at the undergraduate level in accredited institutions is advantageous
