Project Manager – Learning Solutions

As a

Project Manager

at

Infopro Learning , you will play a pivotal role in leading the full project lifecycle — ensuring delivery excellence in

quality, cost, and timelines . You will manage client engagements end-to-end, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to

account growth and repeat business .

This role calls for a blend of

strong project management acumen ,

client partnership skills , and

deep understanding of the eLearning industry , with a focus on

adult learning principles and instructional design .

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management :

Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans aligned with client requirements, delivery milestones, and business goals.

Deliver Excellence :

Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management :

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, manage expectations proactively, and position Infopro Learning as a trusted partner for future opportunities.

Team Collaboration :

Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, Media, and Delivery Managers to ensure smooth execution.

Drive Innovation :

Encourage and implement innovative ideas that lead to

cost optimization ,

productivity enhancement , and

quality improvements .

People & Performance Management :

Handle day-to-day team matters — including leave planning, conflict resolution, workload management, and skill development — fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Operational Efficiency :

Prepare and maintain accurate billing, MIS, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Ensure optimal utilization of all resources — people, tools, and budgets.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

8+ years of experience in the

online learning / eLearning industry , managing client projects end-to-end.

5+ years of proven success in

project management

within the learning domain.

Experience leading teams of 15+ members through all project lifecycle stages — from initiation to closure.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Preferred : Background in

Instructional Design

or adult learning methodologies.

PMI or equivalent Project Management certification .
