We’re looking for a Senior Art Director / Group Head - Art to lead the creative charge across a cluster of brands. If you bring strong visual storytelling, team leadership and a solid understanding of the digital landscape, we’d love to meet you.

This role blends conceptual thinking, design leadership, and an evolving approach to creativity, including the smart use of AI tools to supercharge design output and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and mentor a team of designers and art directors across digital campaigns, brand content and social-first ideas.
• Set the visual tone and direction for multiple brands, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, account and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Guide the development of visual systems, design languages, campaign ideas and high-performing content.
• Use AI-assisted tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up exploration, visual moodboarding and design workflows.
• Encourage original thinking while maintaining alignment with client expectations and digital best practices.
• Stay updated with trends in design, tech and content to drive creative innovation.
