Job descriptionHCM Extracts Fast Formulas (OTL + Absence) HDL for OTL-related data loads BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI report creation Integration knowledge (SOAP / REST web services) Ability to troubleshoot issues across OTL + Payroll touchpoints Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion OTL modules Design and develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTL Integrations Support OTL & Absence functional issues and enhancements Work with business users for requirement gathering Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and Technical teams for end-to-end delivery Handle production support, defects, and performance tuning of OTL rules

⭐ Role Overview
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end OTL configurations, extensions, interfaces, and integrations. The role demands strong hands-on technical and functional skills.
Mandatory Skills (Techno-Functional)
Functional :
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTL
- Expertise in Work Schedules, Time Card Layouts, Time Entry Rules, Time Processing Rules
- Exposure to Absence Management flows
- End-to-end implementation experience (at least 1–2 cycles)
