Job descriptionHandle all admission calls and be able to guide applicants to suitable programs.Target Orientation – lead contact & follow-up, Admission closersConducting follow-up activities such as emails, writing and phone-calling campaignsCounseling Students and parents about the courseChampion the outreach program of the institute for UG and PG programs - identifying potential markets for ISBR, strengthening the outreach activities such as conducting info sessions, open house, etc. getting into strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other potential channels.Champion entire student cycle : Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.Participating in admission events as and when required.Participate and perform in the in-house / hosted marketing activities, seminars, on the spot admission sessions organized by the institute.Maintain file records of each applicant and update records in the MIS including collection of student testimonials and branding etcDaily progress report on the work assigned to be submitted to Director of Admissions or the program head as applicable.Any other job assigned by the manager from time to time.A complete understanding of the Guidelines of University, AICTE, UGC and other bodies.
