We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented End User Support expert to join our team in processing and validating vendor invoices using our information extraction system. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of invoice processing excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform manual validations efficiently. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our invoice processing system.

Responsibilities : -

Perform initial manual validation of vendor invoices processed by the information extraction system

Verify data accuracy including vendor details invoice amounts and line items against original documents.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives to clarify and resolve invoice-related issues.

Assist in the continuous improvement of validation workflows and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing.

Qualifications : -

Associate degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; bachelors degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing with a focus on validation.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data entry software
