About Job :

We are looking for a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer having 12+ years of experience in Digital banking domain . If you are excited about learning new technologies and expand your knowledge base to make a solid foundation for your career, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.

What you will be doing :

• Develop high quality test strategy / plans, test cases and ensuing complete execution
• Review analysis documents, and testing requirements, assess the impact on test plans and schedules
• Defines, designs, and delivers all testing work, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing
• Perform regression, functional, integration, system testing
• Regression, and support User Acceptance Testing (undertaken by subject matter experts situated within the business)
• Organizes and maintains the test script library
• Monitors, measures, control, and reports to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion
• Targets ‘Zero UAT defects’ that the delivered software application to the customer. Should be able to take responsibility and initiative in the job's decision-making and implementation phases. Collect information, analyze data, reach a result, and give the quality level of application based on objective quality metrics.
• Participates in daily stand-up meetings, defect triage calls
• Responsible for working with third party suppliers / clients for defect management
• Leads the QA (Quality Assurance) activities of one or more projects
• Provides leadership and guidance to the test team on best practices
• Collaborates with team members. Works closely with analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure that the software application is delivered on time and meets the quality targets.
• Supports tests manager to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
