About Us :

We've built our in-house product, Flytest, a next-gen QA automation tool designed to simplify and accelerate software testing. Our mission is to make quality assurance smarter, faster, and more scalable for modern tech teams. We’re looking for passionate people who want to help shape the future of testing.

What You'll Do :

Own and drive test strategy, planning, and execution across projects.
Design, build, and maintain reliable automated test frameworks.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing clear documentation and feedback.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security testing are incorporated where needed.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

What We’re Looking For :

6+ years of experience in QA (both manual & automation)

Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar)

Solid programming / scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Java preferred)

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Git-based workflows

Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Based in Bengaluru & available to join immediately
