Compliance Intern

We are looking for Company Secretary candidate (All groups cleared) who has completed 6 months to 1 year internship, preferrable in a corporate, and is looking to complete remaining internship with us.

Location : Mumbai / Chennai

Job Description :

• Ensuring timely completion of statutory filing as applicable under Companies Act and SEBI LODR applicable to high value debt listed entities.
• Preparing Key Information Document, General Information Document in connection with the issuance of listed debt securities
• Filing of MCF, corporate action forms with depositories, filing of information on NSDL DLT platform in connection with listed debt securities, Filing of intimations with BSE
• Prepare and maintain secretarial documentation (agenda and minutes) for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Shareholders Meetings
• Maintenance of statutory registers and minute books in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of compliances with respect to Related Party Transactions, Corporate Social Responsibility, secretarial audit, functioning of Audit, NRC, CSR, SRC Committees.
• Assist in preparing annual report and identifying disclosure requirements under Companies Act, SEBI Regulations.
• Draft and review company policies and procedures as required under Corporate Laws.
• Track amendments to regulations and identify its impact on the company.
• Coordinate with Finance, Treasury and Sustainability Team on various matters concerning related party transactions, fund raising, CSR projects approval, etc.
