Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, defining product requirements and ensuring products meets customer needs
• Identify emerging trends, understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Brand, sales) and external partners to develop and test new product concepts and prototypes
• Has to conduct consumer trials to understand feedback on product & work accordingly
• Responsible for product testing in-house and through labs
• Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously ensuring they are on track, on time
• Ensure quality of the products from time to time through quality checks.
• Stay updated on industry trends & innovations
