Job Title : Lead Generation Executive (Client Reachout - Calls and Emails)

Location : Noida (Full-Time, Office Role)

Salary : ₹2.5-3.5 Lacs per annum

Role Intent :

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients via calls and emails, introducing them to our company, and managing the relationship until a quote is submitted. The role focuses on establishing trust, effectively communicating our strengths and portfolio, and positioning the company to secure high-quality leads. The goal is to build a robust, high-probability sales pipeline before handing off to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Outreach & Introduction :

Conduct cold calls and send emails to prospective clients within the assigned vertical to introduce our company and its offerings.

Own the process of building initial trust and rapport with potential clients, positioning the company as a leader in luxury decorative lighting.

Building Initial Client Relationships :

Clearly and effectively communicate the strengths, capabilities, and portfolio of our brands.

Position the company to secure a lead that results in a quote request from the client.

Quote Management & Handoff :

Ensure that a detailed and accurate quote is prepared and submitted to the client.

Handoff the client relationship to the sales team after the quote submission, ensuring a smooth transition.

Pipeline Development :

Work towards building a robust sales pipeline with high-probability leads.

Regularly report on lead generation progress and pipeline status to the sales management team.

Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

Experience in effectively managing client relationships from the first contact through to the proposal stage.

Proactive and organized, with a focus on meeting monthly lead generation and pipeline targets.
