Property Reports Plus is a leading provider of Property inspection services across Australia. We serve both residential and commercial real estate agencies , delivering reliable, high-quality reporting services backed by over a decade of industry experience.

Role Description

We are seeking a Demand Generation Lead to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time position with flexibility, working closely with the founders. You will play a key role in developing and executing demand generation strategies, conducting market research, and driving qualified leads to support customer acquisition.

You’ll be responsible for identifying high-impact marketing initiatives, building scalable lead generation campaigns, and creating data-driven strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
  • Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the founders and sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, continuously testing and iterating for improvement.
  • Create and manage lead scoring systems, landing pages, and campaign workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in demand generation and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business , or a related field.

  • Experience working with real estate or property services industries.
  • Familiarity with B2B services and long-sales-cycle marketing.
  • Content marketing or paid media experience is a plus.
