Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
Education : Graduation or Undergraduate (both can apply)
Experience : Minimum 1 year mandatory in BPO Voice process
Languages : Fluent in English and Hindi
Shifts : Day rotational shift timing
Work Schedule : 6 days working per week
Sales : Must be willing to do sales
Must be willing to do outbound and inbound calls
Salary
Graduate : 33,000 CTC
Undergraduate : 27,000 CTC
