Chief of Staff

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Manager-Founder's Office – someone sharp, organized, dependable and who can be the right hand to our MD. The role is all about reports, presentations, and coordination with different teams. You’ll also help with managing calendars, travel, meetings, calls, emails, and making sure everything is well managed and on track. If you’re good at multitasking, communication, and love keeping things in order, this role is for you. The role involves helping with day-to-day tasks, keeping schedules organized, and making sure things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders / contacts.
• Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality of important information.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel plans.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Conveying any announcements or messages from the MD’s office to the team
