About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Technical Architect (NodeJS) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Node.js and React.js, as well as familiarity with or hands-on experience in Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple engineering teams, nurturing product development, and driving engineering excellence. A background in the product domain is preferred, and experience in the SaaS industry is a strong plus. Candidates who may not have formal development and management experience but possess strong technical expertise and team collaboration skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 20 cross-functional engineering people to deliver high-quality software products.
• Take ownership of product architecture and guide teams in making sound technical decisions, especially in Node.js and React.js with MongoDB.
• Provide technical input and strategic direction across projects involving Python, Java, Android, Flutter, and Kafka.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and business teams to align technical efforts with product goals.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices and help build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and deployment.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the teams.
