6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development

Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change etc.)

Experience with Service Portal Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

Proficiency in JavaScript HTML / CSS and ServiceNow scripting

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CAD CIS) a plus

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Experience with ITOM HRSD or SecOps modules

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery tools
