• Build full-stack applications (both front-end and back-end).
• Ensure the software is high quality, maintainable, and well-tested .
• Work on real-world healthcare problems , meaning the work has real impact.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams.
• Work in a supportive and empathetic environment —team culture is important.

Experience must be in :

Agile or SaaS environments

Professional software development (not just academic or hobby projects)

Technical skill requirements

Back-end (Functional Programming preferred)

Experience with :

Clojure

Haskell

OR Java / Python as long as you use functional programming principles

Front-end

Experience with :

Clojure

TypeScript

You may have either back-end expertise, front-end expertise, or both.

Infrastructure & Tools

Should be comfortable with :

AWS (cloud)

Docker (containerization)

CI / CD pipelines

Git , Jira

Practices like pair programming , testing , and code reviews

Domain preference

Not mandatory, but good to have :

Experience in clinical trials

Understanding of HIPAA compliance (US healthcare data confidentiality)

Work location

Remote-only role , but candidates must live in Pune .
